For four weeks of work of the headquarters, 311 questions from resource supplying organizations on housing and communal services facilities were considered.
A headquarters for housing and communal services has been set up in the Rosreestr Administration for Moscow. It appeared on the initiative of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement Petra Biryukovaand the head of the Rosreestr Office in Moscow Igor Maidanov. The creation of the headquarters is aimed at accelerating the pace of cadastration and registration of rights to housing and communal services, water disposal, road and bridge facilities and engineering networks.
Experts will form a roadmap for the city’s housing and communal services facilities in order to evenly distribute the load on state registrars when submitting documents and carrying out registration and registration actions, Igor Maidanov said.
For four weeks of work of the headquarters in the Office of Rosreestr in Moscow, 311 questions from resource supplying organizations on housing and communal services facilities were considered. The total length of networks and communications, in respect of which the state cadastral registration was carried out, amounted to more than 17 thousand meters, registration of the right was carried out in relation to 83 buildings of housing and communal services in Moscow with a total length of more than 16 thousand meters.
According to Pyotr Biryukov, the work of the headquarters will accelerate the pace of the introduction of socially important municipal facilities in Moscow into economic circulation and will contribute to the timely development of a comfortable urban environment.
By the end of the year, the headquarters will consider over 50 facilities of Mosvodokanal, related to the provision of water supply and sanitation in the capital.
