In addition, the specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the elimination of the consequences of more than 1.8 thousand road accidents have provided assistance to more than 600 citizens. During the rescue and search operations, 131 people were rescued.

EMERCOM of Russia controls the safety of operation of ice crossings and winter roads. To date, 178 ferries and 39 winter roads have been approved for operation in 16 regions. 86 crossings and 18 winter roads are open during the week. Measures are being taken to ensure their safe operation.

During the reporting period, the pyrotechnics of the Russian Emergencies Ministry discovered and neutralized 111 explosive objects, including 33 aerial bombs.

The department continues to carry out special processing – in a week, more than 200 socially significant objects and objects of transport infrastructure were processed.
