Investors will be able to purchase non-residential premises located in a residential complex within walking distance from the Molodezhnaya metro station.

In early 2022, an open electronic auction will be held for the sale of about 900 square meters of commercial space located in the Western Administrative District. Investors will be able to purchase three non-residential premises in a new residential complex on Rublevskoye Highway. Their total area is over 870 square meters.

“The city offers entrepreneurs various premises suitable for business development. Since the beginning of 2021, 631 contracts for the sale and purchase of non-residential real estate have been concluded in all districts of the capital with a total area of 94.8 thousand square meters worth eight billion rubles. In the first quarter of 2022, three retail premises will be put up for an open electronic auction, which are located at 101 Rublevskoye Shosse. The area of these objects varies from 189 to 357.7 square meters, and the starting price is from 41.9 to 71.7 million rubles, respectively, “- said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head

City Property Department Maxim Gaman.

The premises are located on the ground floor of a multi-level residential complex. By design and layout, these objects are suitable for trade and service enterprises: the ceiling height is more than five meters, there are large display windows, separate entrances and the necessary communications. Due to the fact that these premises were not used before, they have no decoration. The residential complex itself for almost 900 apartments was built in 2019 and is located at the intersection of Rublevskoye Highway and Yartsevskaya Street. In five – seven minutes walk is the metro station “Molodezhnaya”.

You can view the documentation and learn about the procedure for city auctions on the investment portal of the city of Moscow in the section “Property from the city”… Some lots are available for viewing online in 3D format. Detailed information on the terms of sale and participation in the auction is also available on the website unified electronic trading platform.

From 2020, it is possible to sell real estate, including parking spaces, electronically. The sales contract and the acceptance certificate are drawn up in digital format. You can also submit documents for registration of rights in Rosreestr online. The procedure is carried out by employees of the Moscow City Property Department without the participation of the buyer.
