The experiment on the implementation of a platform for feedback with citizens on the basis of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services will continue, and the number of its participants will be expanded. The decree on this was signed by the Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin.

The pilot’s term is extended for another year – until December 30, 2022. In addition, if earlier only three departments participated in it – the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, now other federal authorities, as well as the Office of the Government of Russia, the Central Election Commission, and the State Duma will be able to join it.

The electronic format of communication with government agencies is convenient for people. Through a special form on the portal of public services, the mobile application “Public services. We solve together ”, special widgets posted on the websites of the authorities – participants in the experiment, citizens can send appeals to specific departments. The status and results of the review are displayed in your personal account on a single portal of public services.

The feedback platform is being formed within the framework of the federal project “Digital Public Administration” of the national program “Digital Economy”. This format of interaction between citizens and government agencies is an element of the “service” model of the state, which the Government is working on to create.
