Investors will build a technology industrial park, a shopping center, an office building, schools and kindergartens.

Four construction projects being implemented outside the Third Transport Ring (TTK) have received investment status. The corresponding decree was signed Sergei Sobyanin

Investors plan to build 261.3 thousand square meters of real estate and create about 6.7 thousand jobs. Investments in the implementation of projects will amount to 21.7 billion rubles.

Thus, a shopping and entertainment complex with an area of 49 thousand square meters will be built as part of the Nekrasovka transport hub. 1.6 thousand jobs will be created here.

Another 1.5 thousand jobs will be created by building an office building near the village of Zakharkovo (Kuntsevo district, JSC). The area of the object will be 17.9 thousand square meters.

In addition, four schools and four kindergartens will be built, which will create 750 jobs. Institutions will appear in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas in the village of Salaryevo (settlement Moskovsky) and near the village of Nikolo-Khovanskoye (settlement Sosenskoye), on Ilmensky Proezd (Western Degunino region, SAO) and on Ozernaya Street (Ochakovo-Matveevskoye region, JSC). The area of these facilities will be 121.2 thousand square meters.

A technological industrial park with an area of 73.2 thousand square meters will be built near the village of Shakhovo in the TyNAO (Krasnopakhorskoye settlement). This will create 2.8 thousand jobs.

The Moscow government approved a program to stimulate job creation outside the Third Transport Ring in 2019 (Resolution No. 1874-PP dated December 31, 2019). The document provides for the provision of benefits to investors who build industrial and office facilities, education, science, health care and social security, sports, culture, trade, catering, shopping and entertainment centers and others.

The implementation of the program will ensure the comprehensive balanced development of new districts outside the Third Transport Ring, as well as reduce the shortage of jobs in the blocks of the existing development and reduce pendulum migration within the city.

Projects have already been approved, involving investments in the amount of more than 83 billion rubles, which will create over 28 thousand jobs.

Developers can apply for special status through Moscow investment portal
