The relocation of 180 families is planned early next week.

On New Year’s Eve, on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, a residential building on renovation program… This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“At the beginning of next week, it is planned to start the resettlement of 180 families from a five-story building on the Korovinskoye highway. Its residents will receive inspection orders for a new building on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard (building 52, building 1). Now more than 1600 families have moved or are in the process of relocating to new apartments on the territory of the district, ”he said.

This is already the ninth new building on the territory of the district, populated under the renovation program. The residential building on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard was built according to an individual project. The area of ​​living quarters in the new building is more than 15 thousand square meters.

In the Beskudnikovsky District, the renovation program includes 37 houses and 18 launch sites have been approved. By 2024, it is planned to begin resettlement of about four thousand people.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It includes 5175 houses, where about a million people live. To date, a total of 534 launch sites have been selected.
