All health workers who have received this status will be paid a monthly incentive bonus in the amount of 7.5 thousand rubles for five years.
The first holders of the statuses “Moscow nurse” and “Moscow medical brother” were announced in the capital. 20 specialists successfully passed all stages of the competition and received this honorary status. She presented certificates and badges to the winners Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
“Today we have awarded the titles“ Moscow nurse ”and“ Moscow medical brother ”to the first 20 specialists. This is a title that confirms a high professional level, possession of a very good basic amount of knowledge and necessary skills. We are really very proud that they work in the Moscow healthcare system, and we really want this to continue, therefore, along with the status, a monthly payment of 7.5 thousand rubles is expected, ”she said.
A stimulating bonus in the amount of 7.5 thousand rubles will be paid monthly to all nurses and nurses who have received an honorary status working in city organizations for five years.
“I decided to take part because it was interesting for me to try my hand. After submitting the documents, I started preparing for the competition. Of course, I had to worry at all stages. I was lucky to be the first to receive the status of “Moscow medical brother”. Undoubtedly, it increases the prestige of both my profession and the entire medical institution. However, having such a status is not only pleasant, honorable, but also very responsible, “said Alexander Golubev, senior nurse of the department of purulent surgery of the city clinical hospital named after V.V. Vinogradova, holder of the status of “Moscow medical brother”.
The recruitment of candidates for honorary status began on August 20, 2021. Earlier, this status, by analogy with the status of “Moscow doctor”, was established by the Mayor of Moscow.
The candidates were assessed theoretical knowledge, practical skills on simulation equipment, as well as solving situational problems and portfolios.
“It turned out to be not so easy to meet the standards of such a high status. The basic level of training was not enough. You need to know more, be able to do more. It is necessary to quickly navigate the kaleidoscope of various situations and solve several problems at the same time. Such skills will undoubtedly come in handy in life. I would like to hope that it will be useful for my career as well, ”said Tatyana Kozlova, a nurse at the Diagnostic Clinical Center No. 1, holder of the“ Moscow Nurse ”status.
If desired, specialists who work not only in medical organizations of the Moscow Department of Health, but also in any other federal, departmental or private clinics (including in the regions) can obtain the appropriate status. Regardless of the applicant’s place of work, the assessment procedures are free of charge.
The project is being implemented by the Moscow Healthcare Department with the support of the Moscow Government.
