Most of the lifts were installed on the street Borisovskie Prudy in house 12 (building 1) in the Brateevo area. All 16 elevators were changed there.

In the outgoing year, 314 elevators were replaced in houses in the south of the capital. The work was carried out as part of the regional program for the overhaul of apartment buildings.

Most of the lifts were installed on the street Borisovskie Prudy in house 12 (building 1) in the Brateevo area. In a 17-storey building of the P44 series built in 1996, all 16 elevators have been replaced with eight entrances.

The oldest building in the district, where elevators were changed this year, is a nine-story brick building with 10 entrances built in 1938. It is located in the Danilovsky district at the address: Khavskaya street, house 3. The street got its name because of its location on the site of the former Khavskaya settlement.

The tallest building, where work was carried out to replace the elevators, was house 122 on the Kashirskoye highway in Orekhovo-Borisov Yuzhny. The 24-storey building with one entrance was erected in 1996 according to the Kolos standard series.

In total, more than those thousand elevators have been replaced in the capital this year, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Utilities and Improvement said earlier Peter Biryukov… Among the leaders in terms of the number of updated elevators are the South-East (654), South-West (499) and East (371) administrative districts.

Since 2018, elevators in houses have been changed strictly in the year of the end of the 25-year service life without further extending the operating period. Experts dismantle old equipment and install new lifts. If there are several elevators at the entrance, they are changed one at a time so that the residents do not experience any inconvenience.
