Servicemen of the Marine Corps of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL) have begun intensive preparations for the qualifying round of the Marine Assault Competition of the International Army Games 2022.

At the Adanak training ground and the Scorpion training complex, more than 40 crews of the BTR-82A and BTR-70M armored personnel carriers practice obstacle driving, afloat, and practice shooting from armored vehicles.

The training of personnel is carried out in several stages: single training of driver mechanics, the performance of tasks by a separate crew and then as part of a team.

Also, servicemen work out the tasks of amphibious assault training – the fight for the survivability of equipment afloat, actions in the event of a fire, the ingress of water into the vehicle, as well as loss of progress and control.
