On December 24, Deputy Director of the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Valery Balan, paid a working visit to Voronezh, during which he took part in the solemn ceremony of handing over keys from apartments to new settlers of an apartment building built for employees and veterans of the penal system.
The residential building was built as part of the implementation of the departmental targeted investment program for housing construction. The construction was carried out for three years. The house has 60 apartments: one-room, two-room and three-room.
Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Valery Balan expressed his gratitude to the administration of the city and the region, personally to the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev.
The event was also attended by the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Voronezh Region Vitaly Cheremushkin, Chairman of the Voronezh Regional Duma Vladimir Netesov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Voronezh Region Alexander Solodov, representatives of the region’s law enforcement agencies.
