With the information support of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Republic of Khakassia, a new chat bot has been developed. With it, schoolchildren can call emergency services or directly contact the 24-hour mental health service.

The new “HELPBOT POMOGUS” works in two popular messengers Viber and Telegram at once. The bot contains algorithms for behavior in dangerous situations and emergency phone numbers. All telephones have the ability to switch the caller to the operator. The virtual assistant also contains information on what to do if:

– a fire or earthquake has started;

– got stuck in an elevator or broke a thermometer;

– bitten by a tick or animals;

– got lost in the forest;

– an armed man entered the school and much more.

To go to the chatbot, you can scan the attached QR codes.
