The menu of military units and military air defense units in Buryatia on New Year’s days is diversified by various national dishes, including Buuzy (poses), Hotorgoin (blood sausage), Bukhleor (traditional lamb soup), Khushuur (meat chebureks), Ereelzhe (liver sausage).
