Servicemen of the Marine Corps of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL), in accordance with the combat training plan for the winter training period, began the stage of combat coordination as part of the platoons.

The Marines marched in a combined method to the Adanak training ground. In the field, platoon commanders will have to master the procedure for controlling subordinate subunits and attached reinforcement equipment, as well as practicing various combat tactics using standard combat equipment.

In the course of combat coordination, servicemen will perform live firing, work out methods of covert movement on the battlefield, carry out engineering equipment and camouflage firing positions and military equipment, and also master the use of modern reconnaissance, control and communications systems in unfamiliar mountainous and wooded areas. All practical actions of the personnel will be practiced in conditions as close as possible to combat ones.

The stage of preparation and coordination of the KFL marine corps platoons will end with live firing, during which the servicemen will have to hit various targets imitating the manpower and armored vehicles of the conditional enemy from all types of small arms, grenade launchers and armament of the BTR-82A and BTR-70M armored personnel carriers. Half of the shooting will take place at night. To conduct aimed fire at night, the Marines use night and red dot sights, as well as flares and tracer ammunition.

At the Adanak training ground, in order to prevent hypothermia among the military personnel, additional heating points for personnel have been installed, which provide for the issuance of hot tea and additional food.

In total, about 2 thousand servicemen of the KFL marines were involved in the stage of coordinating the platoons, more than 100 units of military and special equipment were involved.
