In the finals of the departmental professional competition, 14 participants fought for the honorary title, the best of which were chosen by a panel of judges chaired by Igor Opar, a representative of the Security and Escort Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.

The first competitive test was physical fitness – the participants ran 1000 meters cross and pulled themselves up on the crossbar, and also performed fighting techniques. Then the contestants exchanged best practices, making a presentation on interesting inventions that have practical utility in their work. In addition, they passed testing and passed the standards for special training.

On the second day, the participants of the competition demonstrated their knowledge of the material part of small arms and safety measures during firing, completed practical exercises, and also passed a drill in drill.

On the third, final day, the results of the review competition and the award ceremony were summed up. According to the results of the competition, the prize places among the chiefs of the guards were distributed as follows: 1st place – Ruzil Sabirzyanov (Criminal Code of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan), 2nd place – Mail Guseinov (Criminal Code of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Saratov Region), 3rd place – Semyon Efremov (OK UFSIN of Russia in the Republic of Karelia).

The winners and participants of the review competition were awarded cups, diplomas and valuable gifts.
