This year, the main buyers of winter sports equipment were the neighboring countries – Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia. European countries are also interested in Moscow products. In addition, the volume of exports to Italy is growing – over the nine months of this year, it has grown 18 times.

Foreign buyers buy skates (export volume amounted to 725.97 thousand dollars), cross-country skis (87.88 thousand dollars), ski poles (44.01 thousand dollars), ski boots (217.47 thousand dollars) and suits (12.53 thousands of dollars). Also, in the first nine months of 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, Kazakhstan increased imports of downhill skis by 148.2 percent, and Belarus purchased more ski poles by 183.8 percent.
