The residential building is being built according to an individual project. For the exterior decoration of the building, a ventilated facade system using clinker ceramic tiles, metal cassettes and fiber-reinforced concrete panels will be used. In total, the building will have 96 apartments: 36 one-room, 24 two-room and 36 three-room. Three apartments will be equipped for residents with limited mobility. They will increase the width of the corridors and install special plumbing.
The finished improved finish will fully comply with the renovation standards approved by the Moscow Government.
The first floor will be non-residential. Shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children will open here. The lobby of the residential part will house a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment and mailboxes.

The new building will be equipped with security systems for entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, as well as fire alarms.
The adjacent territory will be landscaped. A playground and a recreation area will be equipped in the courtyard. Also, experts will lay out lawns and flower beds, plant trees and shrubs.
The renovation program was approved in 2017. Thanks to her, about one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions. For its implementation, 534 launch sites were selected.
