Marat Khusnullin also expressed satisfaction with the practice of monitoring the implementation of key indicators of national projects (14 traffic lights in thematic areas). “Traffic lights help regional teams track pain points in time and promptly correct their actions, make decisions,” he said.

The Deputy Prime Minister made a presentation on the achievement of the indicators of national goals. Speaking about housing construction, he said that the initial plans for the commissioning of 78 million square meters. m of housing were overfulfilled: “Thanks to the decisions of the President, the measures taken by the Government, as well as the staff work, we expect the commissioning of 90 million square meters this year. m. This is a record commissioning – 2021 was the most successful year for housing construction: last year’s figure was exceeded by almost 10%, and our initial plans for 2021 – by 15%. ” At the same time, Marat Khusnullin recalled that the industry will have to reach the commissioning rates of 120 million square meters by 2030. m per year and for an annual increase in volumes, it is necessary to increase the urban planning potential of the territories.

The Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Fayzullin made a speech. He said that in the outgoing year almost 12 thousand territories were landscaped, construction and reconstruction of 252 drinking water supply facilities were provided at the expense of the federal budget. As part of the Volga Rehabilitation federal project, 58 facilities were put into operation on a cumulative basis in 2020–2021.

Speaking about housing construction, the minister noted the scale of the work done and thanked the regional teams. “Undoubtedly, large regions with a historically highly developed construction complex played a significant role in achieving such indicators. In addition, I would like to note several regions that have made a big step forward and ensured high rates of growth in the volume of housing construction – almost two or even more times compared to last year. Among them are the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Chukotka Autonomous District, the Murmansk Region, the Altai Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and Kalmykia, ”said Irek Fayzullin. Commenting on the report, Marat Khusnullin added that among the regions there are those who have already exceeded the indicators for housing commissioning per person for several years, and especially thanked the Leningrad and Tyumen regions for this.

First Deputy Minister of Transport Andriy Kostyuk made a report on the results of work in the field of road construction. He noted the achievement of all the planned indicators for road construction. According to him, the cash execution of the federal budget as of December 27 is 97%, or 295 billion rubles. “This is 45 billion rubles higher than the level of the same period last year,” he said.

In 2022, the subjects are provided with funding in the amount of 217 billion rubles, in 2023 – 280 billion rubles. “I would also like to note eight subjects that have completed the use of federal budget funds by December 1: Murmansk, Sakhalin, Kirov, Tyumen, Smolensk regions, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. This is a good example to be followed, ”stressed Andriy Kostyuk.

Commenting on the report, Marat Khusnullin noted that the volume of state support for the regions is growing every year. “In total, 727 billion rubles have been allocated to finance road projects within the framework of the federal budget this year. Of these, 426 billion rubles – for federal roads and 301 billion rubles – for regional ones. The total amount of additional financing amounted to 424 billion rubles, ”he also said.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, at the expense of additional funds, it was possible to commission more than 2 thousand km of regional roads ahead of schedule, and starting next year, a program will begin to bring artificial structures, regional roads that are included in the support network to the standard, and work will continue to improve road safety. “By 2030, we must reduce deaths from road accidents by 3.5 times, and we will need non-standard steps and efforts to achieve this goal,” he said about
