On the eve of the launch of the Soyuz-2.1b space rocket (ILV) from the Baikonur cosmodrome, the combat crews of the ground-based automated control complex of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces provided.

Ground measuring equipment of the Main Testing Space Center named after G.S. Titov of the 15th Army of the Special Purpose Aerospace Forces ensured stable escort of the Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle and the launching of 36 foreign Van Web (One Web) spacecraft by the Fregat upper stage into orbit.

Specialists of the 15th Army of the Aerospace Forces carried out operational processing of telemetric information from the launch vehicle and the upper stage during the active phase of the orbital flight.

In total, about 25 ground-based measuring instruments and more than 200 military personnel and specialists of civilian personnel were involved in ensuring the launch of the spacecraft as part of the combat crews of the Main Testing Space Center named after G.S. Titov.
