In different regions of Russia, rescuers were presented with new fire fighting vehicles and equipment.

The Governor of the Tula Region Aleksey Dyumin presented the rescuers with new vehicles for extinguishing fires and emergencies.

Eight new fire and rescue vehicles entered the combat crew of Tula rescuers: a tanker truck with an ATsL ladder equipped with an ultra-high pressure waterjet Cobra, as well as three tankers with a water tank with a volume of 6000 liters, two tankers with a water tank with a volume of 4000 liters, a hose tank car and fire pumping station. In addition, the rescuers were given an echo sounder-chartplotter to search for victims on water bodies, an unmanned aerial system and a heated module of the fire extinguishing headquarters with an interactive table for the head of the fire extinguishing headquarters. Fire fighting equipment will be on duty in the divisions of the federal fire service and the regional fire fighting service.

In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra, Governor Natalya Komarova on her professional holiday handed over a unique fire engine to rescuers – a 72-meter articulated fire-fighting car lift, made according to an individual project.

“Dear veterans, employees of the EMERCOM of Russia, congratulations on the Day of the Rescuer! We know that we can always rely on you, ”said Natalya Komarova in her address.

Also for the professionalism shown in the elimination of fires, many years of work, Natalya Komarova presented certificates of honor to firefighters and veterans of the fire department.

The head of the KBR Kazbek Kokov presented certificates for new specialized equipment. Addressing the personnel, he congratulated the service employees on their professional holiday, wished them health, prosperity, and success in their difficult service. “Our rescuers have always been distinguished by courage, they always came to the rescue in the most difficult and dangerous moments, risking their health and life,” said Kazbek Kokov.

The firefighting and rescue unit’s fleet of vehicles has been replenished with new specialized vehicles: three modern tank trucks and a hose truck, as well as a ladder equipped with an elastic rescue sleeve, two special vehicles for delivering firefighters, as well as headquarters staff to the emergency site, and a pneumatic jump rescue device designed for emergency evacuation people. The ladder will allow you to carry out rescue operations at a height of up to 30 meters. Tank trucks hold from three to six tons of water and up to 350 liters of foaming agent, and due to their high cross-country ability, they can be used in hard-to-reach areas.
