Also, experts have landscaped a site with an area of ​​more than eight thousand square meters at the address: Teply Stan street, possession 1b. Previously, it was provided for the placement of non-capital retail facilities. As a result of the judicial review, the objects were declared illegal buildings and were demolished. Now a festival site is open at this place, as well as a skating rink.

The territories liberated from illegal buildings near the metro stations “Pushkinskaya”, “Mayakovskaya”, “Kropotkinskaya” and “Chistye Prudy” annually during winter holidays become places of attraction for residents and guests of the capital.
