Citizens can send their questions through the electronic reception or by mail, contact a single help desk or make an appointment.

Starting from the new year, questions that could previously have been asked by telephone direct communication of the Moscow Government with residents of the city will be answered by a single reference service: +7 495 777-77-77. You can call this number instead of the direct telephone line of the Moscow Government with residents (former number: +7 495 957-04-44).

Residents can also contact the Moscow Government and ask their question through electronic reception… To do this, in the “Recipient” field, you must select “Moscow Government”, as well as indicate your last name, first name, patronymic and a valid e-mail address for feedback. The answer should come within 30 days.

A written request can also be sent by mail to the address: 125032, Moscow, Tverskaya street, house 13, entrance 5, room 103, or bring a letter to the specified address yourself. From Monday to Thursday, correspondence is accepted from 08:00 to 17:00, on Friday – from 08:00 to 15:45, and on holidays – from 08:00 to 16:00.

Anyone can sign up for a personal reception, which takes place at the address: Voznesensky lane, house 21.

Reception schedule for citizens:

– Monday – from 08:00 to 17:00 (lunch from 12:00 to 13:00);

– Tuesday – from 11:00 to 20:00 (lunch from 12:00 to 13:00);

– Wednesday – from 08:00 to 17:00 (lunch from 12:00 to 13:00);

– Thursday – from 13:00 to 17:00;

– Friday – from 08:00 to 12:00;

– the second Saturday of each month – from 08:00 to 12:00.
