The military commissariats of the Eastern Military District (VVO) in the Trans-Baikal Territory, within the framework of the ended autumn 2021, called up and sent to the troops about 1.3 thousand citizens.

As part of the fight against the new coronavirus infection in the military commissariats of the Trans-Baikal Territory, all necessary measures were taken to exclude the incidence of COVID-19 and seasonal diseases among conscripts. Assembly points and military commissariats of municipal districts were provided with non-contact thermometers, bactericidal irradiators, test systems, medical masks and disinfectants during the conscription activities.

In addition, all conscripts underwent mandatory testing for the presence of coronavirus infection using modern medical rapid tests without blood sampling.

An important feature was that only vaccinated employees worked with recruits in the military registration and enlistment offices and at the assembly point.

Directly at the assembly point, before being sent to military units, conscripts were provided with all the necessary clothing, an individual ration for the route, electronic and bank cards, as well as medical protection and disinfection equipment.

It should be noted that during the period of service in the army, each of the conscripted military personnel has the opportunity to receive a two-component vaccination with the drug Gam-Covid-Vak “Sputnik-V”.
