Medical specialists of the Stavropol Polyclinic and the 1602nd Military Clinical Hospital of the Russian Ministry of Defense are revaccinating family members of military personnel and civilian personnel of military units and institutions of the Southern Military District (YuVO) against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19.

In the Stavropol garrison, since mid-2021, more than 5 thousand servicemen of formations and military units of the 49th combined-arms army of the Southern Military District have been revaccinated. In parallel with the revaccination, medical workers continue to routinely vaccinate new recruits who have arrived at the service.

Before the procedure, the vaccinated undergo a medical examination with thermometry. After vaccination, all patients are under the supervision of doctors for half an hour.

Revaccination of citizens who have received a full course of vaccination is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and the operational headquarters of the Ministry of Defense of Russia to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Armed Forces.

Vaccination is carried out on the basis of the branches of the district military clinical hospital of the Southern Military District and the medical units of the formations and military units of the district associations.

More than 40 vaccination posts have been deployed on the territory of the military district and over 60 vaccination teams have been formed, half of which are mobile.
