This year, an outpatient clinic, an ambulance substation and a children’s infectious diseases building of a hospital in Kommunarka were built in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, said the head Department for the Development of New Territories of the City of Moscow Vladimir Zhidkin.
An outpatient clinic for 110 visits per shift appeared in the Shchapovsky settlement (Centralnaya Street, 2b). In the settlement of Sosenskoye, a children’s infectious disease building was opened in the structure of the medical complex in Kommunarka. It is located at Sosensky Stan Street, 8, Building 7. Also in the city of Moskovsky, on Raduzhnaya Street, an ambulance substation for 20 cars with an access road has been built. Comfortable conditions have been created for patients and medical staff.
“The medical institutions provide security posts and modern video surveillance systems. The adjacent territories are landscaped, a barrier-free environment has been created. We have also assembled a staff of highly qualified specialists of both a wide and a narrow profile, ”said Vladimir Zhidkin.
He noted that the creation of a network of polyclinics, outpatient clinics and ambulance stations both in already established districts and in promising ones will significantly improve the availability and quality of medical care for residents of new districts. Clinics and hospitals meet the requirements of safety, environmental friendliness and barrier-free environment. The high level of investment activity will create hundreds of new jobs in the healthcare sector in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas. The most recent implemented project in the field of medicine, the head of the Department emphasized, is the outpatient building of the hospital in Kommunarka. Construction work has been completed there. The total area of the building is 8.3 thousand square meters.
“As for the promising facilities, now the construction of a child-adult clinic with a maternity clinic in Kommunarka is nearing completion. It is designed for 750 visits per shift. It will employ 643 people, including 228 doctors, 317 nurses and 98 other employees, ”said Vladimir Zhidkin.
Also, the design of a child-adult polyclinic for 520 visits per shift on the territory of a residential complex in the settlement of Sosenskoye continues.
Since 2011, they have built in Moscow more than 100 healthcare facilities, 65 of them – at the expense of investors. In the next three years, it is planned to build more than 60 healthcare facilities in Moscow.
