In 2021, the training center for the training of junior specialists of the Airborne Forces, was trained in the interests of formations and military units and successfully passed qualification exams with the subsequent departure of more than 2,600 conscripts to the troops from 57 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The cadets of the training center joined the ranks of the military personnel of the paratrooper, airborne assault, and communications units.

Servicemen have the opportunity to study in more than 10 specialties, the main of which are driver mechanics, gunner-operators of airborne assault vehicles (BMD), communications and artillery specialists.

The term of study at the training center for conscripts is 3.5 months. After passing the final exams, the servicemen were sent for further service in the troops.

At the end of their training, the paratroopers hand over the driving of the combat vehicles at the training ground, including the newest BMD-4M and BTR-MDM Rakushka.

Control firing exercises are performed from AK-74M assault rifles, PKM and Pecheneg machine guns, RPG-7D grenade launchers day and night. The entire personnel work out the fulfillment of the standards for airborne training for the laying of human parachutes, putting on the parachute and equipment, the actions of the paratrooper-paratrooper in the air.

At the moment, new recruits are undergoing active training, called up in the fall-winter of 2021, who have begun combat training.
