By the end of the year, the level of field training of the personnel of the anti-aircraft missile formation of the Central Military District (CVO), stationed in the Altai Territory, increased by 20 percent. This was announced by the commander of the formation, Colonel Andrei Proydakov.

Also, in comparison with the last academic year, the number of combat training classes increased by 10%. At the same time, the main efforts were focused on the implementation of practical fire missions.

Based on the results of combat training, the formation was rated “excellent” and was repeatedly noted for the better by the command of the Central Military District and the formation.

In addition to combat training, servicemen performed combat missions: air defense alert duty and guard duty measures.

The commander of the formation, Colonel Andrei Proydakov, also noted that the main event of combat training in the new academic year will be preparation for tactical exercises with live firing as part of the air defense forces of the formation.
