The young people received skills to fight for the survivability of ships during the liquidation of a simulated fire and when seawater flows.

In addition, the cadets performed official duties in the specialties “Operation of ship power plants”, “Technical operation of transport radio equipment”, and also carried various watches and shifts as part of the crews of ships and vessels.

Practical training of future sailors was carried out in the formation of ships protecting the water area of the Novorossiysk Naval Base (NVMB), including on the patrol ship Dmitry Rogachev, small anti-submarine ships Kasimov and Yeisk, as well as on auxiliary vessels.

At the end of the internship, the cadets passed off tests to the commanders of ships and combat units, who, in turn, prepared reviews for each trainee about his readiness to perform tasks in his specialty.
