In return, the city will provide benefits in a comparable amount on fees for re-registering land plots for the construction of apartment buildings. According to Vladimir Zhidkin, in 2021, more than 12 thousand jobs were organized in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas due to the commissioning of production, office and social facilities.
“The construction complex of the capital pays priority attention to the creation of new jobs in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas,” stressed Vladimir Zhidkin.
