The transfer of the shrines took place within the framework of the program “Spiritual Strengthening of the Russian Army”, carried out with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, by the Holy Martyr Boniface Charitable Foundation and the Synodal Department for Cooperation with the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies.
