Now the girl has grown up, the prosthesis can no longer cope with its functions, and a special valve must be urgently installed in its place. The operation is scheduled for late January – early February 2022.
Seven-year-old Sasha B. has primary immunodeficiency; the immune system does not work at all. The boy should constantly receive immunoglobulin replacement therapy. On December 20, 2021, the necessary drug was ordered, and Sasha should receive the drug by the end of January. Olesya B. also needs the same medication. The medication for her will be delivered in January.
The Dogs Who Love Charitable Foundation buys specialized food for weakened animals kept in municipal and private shelters. Enhanced nutrition helps them withstand the cold more easily.
In addition, caring Muscovites helped six kittens found in the basement. All of them have already found a home. A few dozen more animals received specialized expensive veterinary care.
Thanks to donations, the Virta Animal Welfare Fund purchased 25 recirculators, 12 heaters, an ultrasound machine and other expensive equipment for shelters. Dog Jupiter from the Biryulyovo orphanage received an endoprosthesis and paid for treatment in a veterinary clinic.
