Due to the growing number of residents, it is necessary to open new clinics, schools and kindergartens.

In the next three years, more than 100 social facilities will be built on the territory of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts. Their total area will be 11 million square meters, said the Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Andrey Bochkarev

“Since the accession of the TyNAO, we have built 100 social facilities there, 22 of which were commissioned last year. But with the arrival of metro stations in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, its attractiveness is growing, residents of the capital are increasingly moving there to live and work, and, as a result, the need for kindergartens, schools, clinics is only increasing. Therefore, we intend to increase the pace of infrastructure construction in new districts and by 2025 build 104 more social facilities there, ”he said.

According to Andrey Bochkarev, social facilities are being built both at the expense of the city and by the efforts of investors. They are built according to individual projects and equipped with the necessary modern equipment.

“Our task is to provide a comfortable environment and accessible infrastructure in all districts of the capital. This is a key principle in working with every investor in any area of the city, ”said the deputy mayor.

In 2022, 10 years will have passed since the annexation of 19 settlements to Moscow, as well as the cities of Troitsk and Shcherbinka. According to the general plan, by 2035, there will be 1.5 million people… Last year alone, 3.2 million square meters of housing were built there, 605 thousand square meters of non-residential real estate and 25 social facilities were commissioned.
