The building is designed for 581 apartments (169 one-room, 306 two-room and 106 three-room). Three apartments will be equipped for residents with limited mobility – corridors will be expanded and special plumbing will be installed. The finished improved finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the standards of the renovation program approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.

For the exterior decoration of the building, a ventilated facade system with fiber cement slabs is used; baskets for air conditioners will be installed for each apartment.

The entrances will be decorated with stained glass windows. For the convenience of residents, the floors of the lobby and the elevator hall will be located on the same level with the entrance, and the elevators will be equipped with visual and tactile media. In the lobby of the residential part of each section of the house, there will also be a wheelchair, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, and mailboxes will be hung.

The adjacent territory will be landscaped and landscaped: trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns and flower beds will be laid out. Next to the house there will be a playground and sports grounds, as well as a recreation area.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017, it includes 5175 houses. About one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions.
