Houses are being erected on Molodtsova Street, Stavropolskaya Street and in Borovsky Proyezd.
Next to three houses being built along renovation programcompleted local work on the reconstruction of the road network. New buildings are being erected on Molodtsova Street (possession 25/1), Stavropolskaya Street (building 23, possession 1) and in Borovsky Proezd (possession 1).
“Instead of narrow passages with broken asphalt, convenient access roads now lead to houses on Molodtsova and Stavropolskaya streets. Their length is 77 and 140 meters, width is 6.5–7 meters. Along the house 5 in Borovsky proezd there was a road to the parking lot, which was used by local residents. It was closed due to ongoing construction work. Instead, a passage was built from the side of house 7. Its length was 32 meters, and its width was six meters. This allows you to use it also for the entrance of construction equipment. We also increased the number of parking spaces: instead of 10, we made 16 parking spaces,” said the deputy head Department of Capital Repairs city of Moscow Anton Akulov.
Before expanding an existing or building a new access road, specialists make the base of the carriageway. To do this, sand, crushed stone and concrete are laid in layers on the compacted soil. The final stage is the laying of the asphalt finish. Its total area for three new access roads in the area of Molodtsova and Stavropolskaya streets, as well as in Borovsky proezd, is 3.7 thousand square meters.
During the work, comfortable asphalt pavements were made near the houses with a total area of almost 1,050 square meters. They were separated from the roadway by a curb stone with a length of more than 1235 meters. A 1.6 thousand square meter lawn was laid around the house and new driveways.
In addition, 13 street lamps, two contrast lighting poles at pedestrian crossings and three smart poles were installed on Stavropolskaya Street, which provide separate access to the installation and maintenance of equipment – Wi-Fi, video cameras and annunciators of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Two additional lamps appeared on Molodtsova Street, and four in Borovsky Proyezd. They use modern energy-saving lamps. For electric cables, trenches 473 meters long were laid on sections of three streets.
In the spring, two pallida lindens will be planted on Stavropolskaya Street, and 65 Japanese spirea bushes have already appeared in Borovsky Proyezd.
Houses under the renovation program are being built on launch pads in places of existing development. Therefore, at the initial stage, the existing driveways are expanded, which will be used to drive equipment to construction sites, and then they will be integrated into the road transport system of the entire region. Thus, convenient roads will connect new homes with existing highways and highways.
