In the 412th military hospital of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL), the first stage of revaccination against a new coronavirus infection of military personnel and their families, as well as civilian personnel in the new year, has started.

Before the procedure, patients undergo a medical examination by a general practitioner and an infectious disease specialist. Testing for the presence of antibodies to COVID-19 is also carried out.

According to infectious disease doctor Salikhat Fatahova, not a single case of coronavirus infection was detected at CFL in the new year, and no new strain was registered either.

Vaccination is carried out on a voluntary basis and after signing the consent to the introduction of the components of the drug. After the introduction of the drug for half an hour, all persons are under the control of doctors.

In total, more than 133,000 servicemen of the Southern Military District have been revaccinated against the new coronavirus infection. The category of revaccinated includes military personnel who received a full course of vaccination before August 1, 2021. More than 40 vaccination posts have been deployed on the territory of the military district and over 60 vaccination teams have been formed, half of which are mobile.
