In the Perovo district at the address: 3rd Vladimirskaya street, property 23, construction began on a residential building for resettlement under the renovation program.

“Commissioning is planned for 2024. Currently, preparatory work is underway at the site,” said the head of the Moscow City Construction Department

Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The building of variable height with underground parking will house 346 apartments, including 70 one-room, 210 two-room and 66 three-room apartments. The new settlers will move to housing with improved finishes that fully comply with the standards of the renovation program approved by the Moscow government. Sliding at any time of the year will be prevented by tiles with a rough surface.

In the lobby of each part of the residential section there will be a concierge room, a pram room, a pantry for cleaning equipment and mailboxes. Passenger-and-freight elevators will be equipped with visual and tactile media.

The adjacent territory will also be landscaped and landscaped: trees and shrubs, lawns and flower beds, children’s and sports grounds, and a recreation area will appear here.

The renovation program started in 2017, thanks to which about a million Muscovites will be able to move into new apartments. 74 houses are being built and designed in the Eastern Administrative District of the capital.
