Career Development Center The Technograd innovation and educational complex at VDNKh is launching a free online course for women “How to develop a business from scratch as a self-employed person”. It is included in the program of the project “Mom Online”.

“Young mothers very often choose the opportunity to earn money as a self-employed person, turning their favorite business into a business and at the same time paying enough attention to the child. About half of the participants in the thematic courses of the “Mom Online” project last year after completing them almost immediately registered the status of self-employed. The new project course includes five webinars. At them, students will get acquainted with a step-by-step plan for starting a business, the principles of determining the target audience and promoting a product, as well as the tax and legal intricacies of doing business,” said the head

Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow Alexey Fursin.

The course expert will be Irina Berlizova, co-founder and executive director of a law firm, current business consultant for small and micro businesses. She will also serve as a mentor to the participants who complete the course and win the draw at the end of it.

In the first session, participants will learn how self-employed people can identify potential customers and get them interested in their product. They will draw up a portrait of their ideal buyer and a commercial offer. The meeting will take place on January 17 at 12:00.

The second lesson, which will take place on January 18 at 12:00, will be devoted to the study and analysis of the product. Participants will analyze the principles of product formation, its positioning and presentation, as well as consider the differences between product and service packaging.

In the third lesson, entrepreneurs will be told about available ways to sell and promote a product, including popular aggregators. The expert will share the secrets of free promotion through social networks. The meeting is scheduled for January 19, beginning at 12:00.

In the fourth session, the participants will get acquainted with the planning system for start-up entrepreneurs. They will learn to define business goals, learn about the basics of strategic planning and the first steps in developing an action plan to attract customers and grow a business. The class will take place on January 20 at 14:00.
