In North Ossetia, on the territory of the headquarters of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District (SMD), the construction of a temple is being completed. The opening and consecration of the temple will be timed to coincide with the Orthodox feast of the Epiphany on January 19.

Construction was carried out over five years. During this time, work was carried out from the creation of the project to the interior decoration. All stages were carried out with military scrupulousness, the commander of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District, Lieutenant General Mikhail Zusko, personally controlled each stage of the work.

The appearance of temples (chapels) on the territory of military units will allow military personnel and civilian personnel to visit the church not only on weekends and holidays. In addition, in the military temples, the clergy also conduct the sacraments of baptism, perform prayers on Orthodox holidays and memorable days in the history of the Russian army.
