Upon the arrival of all aircraft at the airfield, a solemn meeting of peacekeepers will be organized with the participation of the command of the Airborne Forces.

At the end of the solemn rally, the personnel will begin to unload weapons, military equipment, property and march to the point of permanent deployment.

Earlier, units of Russian paratroopers from the collective peacekeeping forces of the CSTO, who completed the tasks of protecting socially significant objects in the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out a flight by military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces from the Almaty airfield to the Ivanovo-Severny airfields (Ivanovo region) and “Chkalovsky” (Moscow region) and returned home.

On January 14 this year, having completed the loading of equipment and personnel, the peacekeeping contingents from Armenia, Belarus and Tajikistan returned to their homeland on military transport aircraft Il-76 of the Russian Aerospace Forces. The unit of peacekeepers of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan returned to the point of permanent deployment, having made a march on standard equipment under its own power.

The return of all peacekeepers to their permanent deployment points is planned to be completed by January 19 of this year.
