A visit to the Museum of the Tver Aviation Regiment of Military Transport Aviation was organized for conscripted servicemen.

All information presented to visitors was restored from personal archival data of servicemen, veterans, books, photographs, letters and documents. To date, the entire history of the development of the regiment is collected here, which can serve as the basis for a historical form.

During the tour, the head of the museum spoke about the history of the development of military transport aviation, aviation regiment and aviation in general.

The servicemen were shown exhibits presented in the museum, historical stands reflecting significant moments in the history of the regiment, aircraft models, uniforms and personal belongings of pilots from different times. An important part of the exposition is occupied by awards that the pilots of the aviation regiment received through hard work for various international flight competitions.

A feature of the museum is an unusual room made in the form of a cockpit and navigator of the An-22 Antey aircraft. The soldiers studied the cockpit of the combat vehicle and the place of work of the navigator, after which everyone was able to try on the parachute system of the flight crew.

The doors of the museum very often open for children and adults who want to get acquainted with the world of military transport aviation.
