A complaint against a decision or action of a control and supervisory body, as well as an action or inaction of its officials can be filed within 30 calendar days from the date of notification of a legal entity or an entrepreneur, and a complaint against an order of the control body – within 10 working days from the date of its receipt.

To receive an e-service, you will need to provide information about the control or supervisory action that the user wants to appeal, as well as information about the citizen, the applicant organization or the person submitting the appeal by proxy. If the issue requires additional attention, the period may increase, but not more than 20 working days.

When making an application, it is worth considering that control and supervisory authorities may request additional documents or information on the complaint. The user can communicate with them electronically in personal account, where the decision of the authorized body will also be placed.
