Now you can appeal the decision in a simple and convenient form, significantly saving time.

“In accordance with federal legislation in Moscow, from 2022, a procedure for pre-trial appeal against decisions of the control and supervisory bodies of the capital is available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. To do this, mos.ru has launched a service that allows you to file a complaint in a simple and convenient way. A pre-trial appeal will save time and resolve issues without litigation. The response time to a complaint filed through the service is 20 days,” said the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head

Main control department of the capital Evgeny Danchikov.

More than 200 electronic services are available on mos.ru for entrepreneurs and legal entities. In 2021, they were used more than two million times. Part of online services and services for business can be obtained on the websites of specialized organizations by going to the corresponding page of the mos.ru catalog. The Pre-trial Appeal service will also automatically direct the user to site, where you need to log in, and then submit an application to appeal a specific decision.

“In my account on

site for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, an online form for filing a complaint has been implemented, as well as an alert system, which will allow you to quickly receive information about its consideration. A centralized solution has been implemented for control and supervision departments that ensures compliance with the rules for considering a complaint and control of the relevant deadlines, which increases the convenience of using the service both on the part of applicants and control and supervision authorities, ”said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology Edward Lysenko.

A complaint against a decision or action of a control and supervisory body, as well as an action or inaction of its officials can be filed within 30 calendar days from the date of notification of a legal entity or an entrepreneur, and a complaint against an order of the control body – within 10 working days from the date of its receipt.

To receive an e-service, you will need to provide information about the control or supervisory action that the user wants to appeal, as well as information about the citizen, the applicant organization or the person submitting the appeal by proxy. If the issue requires additional attention, the period may increase, but not more than 20 working days.

When making an application, it is worth considering that control and supervisory authorities may request additional documents or information on the complaint. The user can communicate with them electronically in personal account, where the decision of the authorized body will also be placed.

For all questions related to the operation of the service, Muscovites can contact by phone: +7 495 870-72-99. The service receives calls and processes requests on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
