Applications for the competition are accepted on the website of the Victory Museum until February 6 inclusive. All drawings will be included in the online exhibition of the Victory Museum and will be published on the official website of the museum on February 11. Internet users will be able to choose any postcard they like and send it by e-mail to their relatives, friends and colleagues with their own text of congratulations on Defender of the Fatherland Day! And the best works, selected by an expert jury, will become the basis for a limited series of holiday cards. The postcard can be made in any artistic technique – oil, watercolor, ink, pencils, crayons, gouache, collage, computer graphics.

The drawings must correspond to the theme of the competition, but the organizers do not limit the scope of their imagination – young artists can depict heroes of the past and modern military personnel, weapons and equipment, orders and medals, as well as the main symbols of the holiday – St. George’s ribbon, laurel branch, star. The jury will evaluate the creative concept, originality and emotionality of the work, the mastery of execution. Creative competition will be held in three age categories – among schoolchildren 7-10 years old, 11-14 years old, 15-17 years old.

The results of the competition will be summed up on February 23. All participants will receive diplomas and thanks from the organizers, and the winners will receive sets of printed collectible postcards. At the same time, a separate nomination has been prepared for the members of the Yunarmiya.
