Now, 177 houses with an area of 2.3 million square meters have been put into operation under the renovation program.

“In the first quarter of 2022, it is planned to transfer 11 new buildings for settlement. They are located in six districts of the capital. Most of the houses are located in the northeast and southwest of the capital,” he specified.
Now, 177 houses with an area of 2.3 million square meters have been put into operation under the renovation program. “156 houses with an area of 2.6 million square meters are under construction, another 183 objects are under design. 69.7 thousand residents out of 421 houses have been relocated or are still moving,” Sergei Levkin added.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. About a million Muscovites will move into new apartments with improved finishes. 534 launch sites have been selected for the implementation of the program.
