Design decision

The new building, built according to an individual project, will have 144 apartments.

In the area of ​​Maryina Roshcha at the address: Annenskaya street, property 6, this year a residential building for resettlement will be put into operation under the renovation program. This was announced by the head of the Department of Construction of the city of Moscow Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The residential building is a single-section building built according to an individual project. The facades will be made in light pastel colors using porcelain stoneware. Residential floors, starting from the second, will be faced with large cream-colored porcelain stoneware slabs. In a dark brown shade, they will make the outer walls of non-residential spaces, metal baskets for air conditioners, as well as window and balcony profiles. Entrance groups will be decorated with stained-glass windows. An underground one-level car park is provided.

The new building will have 144 apartments (61 one-room, 64 two-room, 19 three-room). Two of them will be equipped for residents with limited mobility: they will increase the width of the corridors and install special plumbing. Finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the standards of the renovation program, approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.

The first floor of the house will be non-residential, technical premises will be located here, and shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children can also be opened. The vestibule of the residential part has a pram room, a concierge room, a pantry for cleaning equipment, and an area for mailboxes.

The new building will be equipped with security, warning and fire evacuation control systems, fire alarms, and video surveillance.

The territory near the house will be landscaped: children’s and sports grounds, lawns and flower beds, trees and shrubs will appear in the courtyard. There is also flat parking.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. About a million Muscovites from 5,175 old houses will move into modern apartments with improved finishes. 534 launch pads have been selected. In total, 177 new houses with an area of ​​2.3 million square meters were built and put into operation within the framework of the program.
