The new building has 246 apartments: 72 one-room, 104 two-room and 70 three-room.

A residential building for resettlement under the renovation program was put into operation at the address: General Glagolev Street, Building 5, Building 1. The new building is located in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki area not far from the Serebryany Bor natural monument. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Construction Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The house was built on an individual project. The facades are clad with clinker tiles resembling brickwork. There are 246 apartments in the building: 72 one-room, 104 two-room and 70 three-room apartments. Four of them were equipped for residents with limited mobility: they increased the width of the corridors and installed special plumbing. Improved finishes in the new apartments fully comply with the standards of the renovation program, approved by the Moscow Government Decree.

The first floor is non-residential. There is a lobby, an elevator hall, rooms for duty and storage of cleaning equipment, a mailbox area and technical rooms.

The entrance to the building, the floor of the vestibule and the elevator hall on the ground floor were placed on the same level with the ground, so that parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to enter the entrance without assistance. Rough surface tiles at the entrance will prevent slipping at any time of the year.

For car owners equipped with underground parking. The new building was equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms and video surveillance.

A children’s playground, playgrounds for recreation and sports will be arranged on the adjacent territory.

The renovation program was approved in Moscow in August 2017. About one million Muscovites will be able to get new apartments. Already built for them 177 houses with a total area of 2.3 million square meters.
