In total, 141 houses are to be resettled and dismantled in Tsaritsyn.

On Bekhtereva Street this year they plan to transfer a house for settlement under the renovation program. This was announced by the head of the capital’s Department of Urban Planning Policy Sergei Levkin.

“The transfer of the new building for settlement is planned before the end of this year. It is located at the address: Bekhtereva street, house 3a (Tsaritsyno district, Southern administrative district). Residents of three houses located in close proximity to the launch pad will be able to start moving soon,” he said.

The residential building consists of three sections of variable number of storeys. The first and third sections are 13-storey, the second is 14-storey. The new building has a good location, there are objects of transport and social infrastructure nearby.

Today, in the Tsaritsyno area, residents are being resettled from five houses to three new buildings. Of the 444 families that started resettlement in 2021, 352 have already received new apartments.

In Tsaritsyn, as part of the renovation program, 141 houses with an area of ​​577.2 thousand square meters will be resettled and dismantled. Almost 36 thousand people live in them.
