It provides for 1025 apartments with ready-made comfort-class finishes.

Residential buildings were put into operation in the Izmailovo district renovation program. This was announced by the leader Moscow Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“In the Izmailovo district at the address: Izmailovsky proezd, house 5/1, residential buildings for resettlement were put into operation under the renovation program. The residential complex was built according to an individual project and consists of six separate buildings of variable number of storeys. In total, there are 1,025 apartments with ready-made comfort-class finishes and glazed balconies and loggias,” he said.

When finishing the facades, experts used hinged three-layer external wall panels lined with bricks. Also installed boxes for air conditioners. The first floors were decorated with stained glass windows. There will be technical premises for house maintenance, offices, shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, circles and sections for children. The lobby will house a wheelchair room, a concierge room, a pantry for cleaning equipment, and mailboxes.

Passenger-and-freight elevators were equipped with visual and tactile media. The buildings were also equipped with security, warning and fire evacuation management systems, fire alarms, and video surveillance.

In the yards there are four large areas for recreation and walks of residents. In addition, there is a workout area with exercise equipment for sports and six children’s playgrounds covered with crumb rubber.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. About a million Muscovites from 5,175 old houses will move into modern apartments with improved finishes. 534 launch pads have been selected.
