The My Documents Center is located on the first floor of a residential building built in 2006. Previously, major repairs were not carried out here. The engineering systems will also be put in order, scratches and abrasions on the interior walls will be eliminated, floor coverings that have become unusable will be replaced and the facade of the building will be updated.

“At the moment, dismantling work is underway at the facility, and we have also begun installing new partitions. As part of the overhaul, the premises will be updated. This will make it possible to more rationally and comfortably place employees in their offices, as well as equip various reception areas for citizens. After the partitions are erected, they will begin finishing work, laying flooring and installing door blocks and suspended ceilings,” said the head of the department.

Department of capital repairs of the city of MoscowAlexey Vasyutin.

Specialists will equip the premises of the public services center with modern systems of electricity and water supply, sanitation, central heating, and ventilation. In addition, fire and burglar alarms, warning and evacuation control systems, as well as video surveillance, access control and management systems are being upgraded.

Materials for interior decoration will be selected taking into account the purpose of the premises. In the corridors, service rooms and waiting rooms, where there are many visitors every day, the floors will be laid out with porcelain stoneware, and in the offices and halls where the operators sit, they will lay the laminate. Also, depending on the functional purpose of the premises, different types of wall and ceiling coverings will be applied.

“The premises will be equipped with all modern means for the unhindered movement of people with disabilities. Parents with babies will be able to use a specially equipped room for mother and child. In addition, waiting areas and halls for receiving visitors will be equipped, as well as areas for installing bank terminals. New reception windows will be organized to receive applicants, including larger ones for people with disabilities,” Alexey Vasyutin added.

Administrative offices will become more comfortable, a separate room will appear where employees can relax and eat; a special room will be made to accommodate the archive. The equipment of the migration department for issuing new generation foreign passports will be installed in a separate office. The office of the center for the provision of public services will be equipped with all the necessary furniture and office equipment, including a crypto-cabin for submitting biometric data when applying for a new generation passport.

Almost 63,000 people live in Sviblov, so it is important that the premises of the My Documents public services center be comfortable and functional. The overhaul is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
