Today, in the suburbs of Moscow, on the basis of the Congress and Exhibition Center (CEC) “Patriot”, under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, a meeting of the Scientific and Coordinating Council for the development of technical means of training of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was held.

During the event, the results of activities in 2021 were summed up and the main areas of work to be completed in the current year were identified.

An increase in the level of the training potential of the fleet of training aids (TCS) was noted due to the supply of modern samples and the modernization of the existing training fleet. In 2021, 143 TCBs were delivered to the RF Armed Forces and 39 TCBs delivered earlier were put into operation.

Considerable attention is paid to initiative work and industry proposals for the search and implementation of new technologies for constructing the CTS.

The results of the work of the council made it possible to determine the priority areas of work in 2022 for the development of training equipment and equipping the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with them.

The formation and implementation by the council of a unified scientific and technical policy for the development of technical training aids for the RF Armed Forces is more relevant than ever given the current pace of rearmament.
