In the personal profiles of users on the platform of the Moscow Innovation Cluster i.moscow, the design has changed and new sections have appeared.

On the platform of the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) i.moskovpersonal accounts of legal entities and individuals have been updated.

All registered users have an interactive dashboard in their accounts with basic information about the sections “Home”, “Profile”, “Cluster”, “Services”, “Development Programs”, “Support Measures and Applications”. And in order to quickly resolve issues that users are contacting, a technical support page was created with a specially configured chatbot.

“Currently, about 33 thousand personal accounts of organizations and 50 thousand individuals are registered on the i.moscow platform, each of them is a digital workspace for using the services of the innovation cluster. The purpose of the updates is to enable entrepreneurs to use the platform services as efficiently as possible. Based on the results of the analysis of requests and responses from portal users, a new version of the personal account has been developed. Changed the structure and navigation, added new sections. Now it has become even more convenient to use the capabilities of the platform,” said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head

Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow Edward Lysenko.

The digital platform of the Moscow Innovation Cluster brings together everyone involved in technology development — start-ups, representatives of research institutes and universities, corporations and investors.

“At i.moscow, everyone can find a partner for their innovative project. Updated personal accounts will allow users to better navigate the infrastructure that the city provides to innovators. And it’s quite varied. First of all, these are development programs – the Academy of Innovators and technological competitions, pilot sites, investments, as well as financial support measures provided by the Moscow Government, ”commented the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow Alexey Fursin.

How the organization’s personal account was improved

In the personal account of an organization (legal entity or individual entrepreneur), the design of the main page has been completely updated, the main sections began to be displayed on it. In the “Profile” section, you can now edit information about the organization. In addition, a tool for managing the company’s trustees has appeared: a special page where the manager can add his trustees.

A number of significant changes have taken place in such subsections of the organization’s personal account as “Property complex” and “Premises for rent”. There was a search by name and filters for the list of own objects, the interface of the form for creating own objects was improved: a classification by type was added, dependency settings were introduced between sets of parameters (area, price, location) and the type of object (warehouse, industrial or office space). Also, you can now specify specialized parameters for the search. For example, the year the building was built, the presence of cranes and freight elevators.

On the i.moscow platform, it became possible to search for objects for rent directly from your personal account and view those that have already been applied for before.

In order to make it convenient for participants and partners registered on the platform to work, a new section “Cluster” has been created. It brings together updated sub-sections such as “Partner Search” and “Cross-Industry Clusters” and makes it easier and easier for users to interact with each other.

And to solve the problems of organizations related to production, real estate, finance, intellectual property, search and promotion of products and services, a new section has appeared that combines free online services. All services used by the organization and statistics on them are now displayed on the home page in the form of an interactive dashboard. The new section of the personal account includes such subsections as Contract Manufacturing Exchange, Space and Coworking Rentals, Patent Exchange, Premises for Rent, Factoring, Products and Services Marketplace and Contracts Register . Navigation has been improved in each of them, and you do not need to leave the organization’s personal account to switch between platform services.

For the development of projects and start-ups, a new section “Development Programs” has been created. Here, users can solve problems related to finding technology partners, attracting venture investments, piloting technologies and innovative solutions, as well as scaling and entering foreign markets using the capabilities of i.moscow.

Changes were also made in the applications section. Now they are grouped depending on their working status: “Awaiting response”, “Drafts”, “In progress”, “Completed”, the application also displays the review status (approved or rejected) and expert comments. It has become more convenient to search for created applications in your personal account: now notifications about changes in the status of applications are displayed in the header, and when you click on a section, you can see all applications grouped by status. In addition, you can search for them by name, as well as filter them according to platform services.

What has changed in the personal account of the innovator

For ease of use, the profile structure of an innovator’s office (or an individual) has been changed. It now includes sections such as “Main page of the personal account”, “Profile”, “Cluster”, “Services”, “Development programs and support measures”, as well as an expanded set of information that the user can specify about himself.

Also, the main page of the personal account now displays information about cluster development services and programs, which can help innovators create their own project, find a team and partners, as well as gain knowledge and support from market leaders.

For this they will need electronic signature this organization. After that, it will be easy to switch between personal accounts and have access to all platform services.
