The main house of the estate was built in the second half of the 18th century. In 1806, the owner of the house, Colonel Andrei Zamyatin, added two symmetrical extensions to it, and after a fire in 1812, the building was restored in the Empire style.

The building acquired its present form in the first half of the 70s of the XIX century. In 1871-1875, the architect Alexander Kaminsky, commissioned by the entrepreneur and collector Sergei Tretyakov, reconstructed the mansion. Now the Russian Cultural Foundation is located there.

“The Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage invites you to explore a new virtual tour, which includes 13 unique photo panoramas of the Zamyatin-Tretyakov estate on Gogolevsky Boulevard. Total on the portal “Know Moscow”posted 22 virtual tours with visits to unique cultural heritage sites, as well as an online trip on the roofs of the capital. In 2021, more than 60 thousand users visited virtual tours.
